Normally would be issued at the end of April but I can't see the info anywhere or when it will be issued.

I don't ever remember the release date going into the following month.0 -
You do realise today is a BH?0

Yes, I agree - it's late. It still hasn't been released today, and in the case of a bank holiday the report would be issued prior to the bank holiday if it was on the last day of the month or first day of the following month. It's coincidental that it's the first late one when we've seen price falls for the last 2 months and transaction volumes are in the process of dropping off a cliff!0

Funny how Rightmove haven't updated their market data for quite some time as well .. they're quick enough to shout it from the rooftops when the market is booming but go strangely quiet when transaction volumes and prices take a downturn.0

I have been pestering rightmove about that on their Facebook page, and after a few messages back and forth they've made the statement that they're no longer adding current data to the trends because there's not much demand from estate agents and website users for them. A response like that just makes it seem all the more fishy, given that it takes 0 effort to continue the trends as it will be an automated process anyway if their programmers are half decent.0 -
Still no report! With my tinfoil hat on, I'm wondering if government intervention is preventing any housing market negativity being reported until after the election. Transactions have fallen massively and there's been 2 months of price falls.0

I don't know what 'report' you're referring to but the price paid data which the OP was asking about was updated at some time this morning - as at 09:15 it was still showing as February 2017, when I looked this afternoon it had been updated to March 2017
As a newbie I can't post links but take out some of the spaces below...

Move along people, nothing to see here!
What a strange coincidence that Rightmove decide there's no customer demand for their market trends data just as the market starts to flatline/downturn.0
