Really pleased for you LL that you've finally got a loss. Hopefully your couple of week of WW will catch up properly next week and give you a good loss!.

Been at the hospital with DH this morning and didn't get home until lunchtime so we've had a weird combination of food with a combination of the planned breakfast & planned lunch!

B - none (got up too late as needed to leave at 8am for hospital)
L - scrambled eggs with chopped spinach, ham, LO rashish salsa; jersey new potatoes
D - HM faggots (still to make - the mixture is firming up in the fridge at the moment); mash; veg. Still need to work out the syns for this but know it's very low, probably around 1.5 - 2 syns per portion. Followed by SW bread and butter pudding (recipe from https://www.slimmingeats.com)

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
    Syns - 2?; weekend wine

Will probably go over on syns a bit but will pull back during the week:cool:.

Moneysaverme~~ I dont think Mr M's will take back your magazine.

If you take the other copy with you they may change it as they know that you're speaking the truth.
I have done this before when I purchased OH a cycling magazine he already had!
