I regraded to Three's "Essential SIM 4Gb, All you can eat minutes" package at £9 per month from another Three contract (out of minimum contract period)
I saw my latest bill was for £13.99 - which was stated as including a "standard delivery charge" of £4.99 - the thing is that nothing was delivered, I simply requested a change in contract (I have been with three for three years on another contract - same SIM) - so why a charge for something that I already have ?
Needless to say - I have complained to Three !

That sounds like an error by the person who processed it.

  • The price is the same as a replacement for a lost or damaged SIM, although as the OP says it was just a rearrangement of contracts. It could also be a part month payment, as often happens with a new/changed contract.
