Just thought I'd post an update to say Zotac eventually got back to me, agreeing to take the return directly. Within 2 days they processed the return and sent me an identical, but new graphics card. So excellent service.
Both this time and the last time I've had to deal with Zotac RMAs, I needed to ship it to a UK address. @rtho782, did you buy your card from the UK originally?0
