Desperately need a small loan

You start the job and you ask the employer to be or if you are on benefits how you are meant to survive. I say that as someone who can be paid on the 31st 4 times a year whilst on many of the remaining dates far earlier so finance to me with such unclear dates wouldn't be an option unless I was happy to commit fraud which is why any idea of future finance with such uncertainty never going to be the wisest idea.
You go along to Citizens Advice or speak with a debt professional.
In accordance with sites like this even racking up the complaints could well assist.
I really don't mind if this is my final post, having been accused myself of talking gibberish and did I speak English in the past which I found greatly upsetting and offending but never clicked report and the message I received today as just about the final straw.0 -
I repeat my suggestion, sell the property and pay off all debts, rent while until all your negatives drop off your credit report and then consider using the left over monies for a new deposit. This constant cycle you have had for years of not paying debts, moving things into different names to avoid paying cannot be good for either your own Health or your joint health. You may even have some left over monies for holiday which may help the two of you.
Changing names to avoid paying debts is not helpful and you may end up with another Cifas marker like you did last time you tried to defraud a loan company....0 -
I resent your allegations about fraud...who the he'll do you think you are?0

I am not a fraud and never have been0

This is not a learning ground for not repaying monies owed.
You keep changing names to avoid repaying money.
You had a cifas marker previously when you took a loan and then immediately tried to get out of repaying any of it back.
David what happens when one of these creditors petitions you for bankruptcy?

Now you mention it, read your whole post out loud - then tell us you think it makes sense.
Honestly, it's a bit of a ramble.0 -
Having just read through, the thing I can't understand is you getting JSA. I'm certainly no expert on benefits, I am fortunate enough to have never had to claim, but shouldn't you be on sickness benefit or something? Isn't that more than JSA?
It's all pretty muddled to me and I'm not sure I've grasped the situation entirely.I came into this world with nothing and I've got most of it left.0 -

Out of interest, could you link to the back story please so that I can read it. I'm confused now because I can't see all the stuff you've mentioned.
