    Today I got the rest of the week's spends out of the way (I hope!)
    Got some petrol as light was just about to come on, then popped into Mr T's to get the bits and bobs we were out of. Spent £30 including petrol, but I did have £7 of vouchers to use, so it could have been worse. Also got £3.66 brand match and saved 67p on a YS item.

    Didn't manage to run today, but did clean all of the windows inside and out. We have a broken tile on the roof and today whilst cleaning the window I noticed a family of birds has bagged squatting rights and moved in. OH has been saying he will replace aforementioned tile, and is now extremely grumpy because he hasn't done so yet

    Today I am grateful for good weather, good children and being able to stop myself saying 'I told you so' to OH :rotfl: Oh, and also glad that SATS day two is over :j

    Evening! Late night check-in for me...

    Today I am grateful for:
    • Laughs at work
    • Finding calm at a potentially stressful time
    • For finding the right words to help someone
    Today = NSD number 5

    I'll check in tomorrow hopefully with some good news about my car. On the plus... meditated again. Felt good!

    Night all ;)

    Not counting a NSD as I ordered DS3's pj bottoms (belated birthday present) yesterday.

    Kept sewing too long last night (wanted to finish off a particular colour as the design has lots of cream/ beige off white shades and will get more confusing as I go along. Very sleepy today but have watched some TED talks and picked up lots of useful bits of information.

    Today I am grateful for good weather, good reading and TEd talks.

    Not NSD yesterday as I popped into Aldi in between dropping DS2 off at SATs breakfast club and then DS3 later - spent less than £20, including a magazine for DS3.

    Lovely weather yesterday afternoon - got washing dry and had to water all the seedlings again.

    Thankfulness:
    * lovely drying weather
    * sorting some paperwork
    * that transport was arranged for DS1's cadet activity last night, meaning I didn't have to go to the next town to drop him off/ collect him (would have had DS2 & 3 in tow and also had to drop off DS2 to Scouts/ collect from Scouts)
    * yummy chilli for dinner made last week and frozen in portions

    Hi everyone, sorry not checked in daily just feel bit low at the moment so I tend to retreat back into my turtle shell then.

    Today I have received my 8 yr badge on here. Whilst it's great to be on here just wish my debts were gone, debt busting started 2013. I know look at what you have achieved over 10k gone.

    Done lots of exercise last week 79k steps best for me yet but so tired eating lots of cake.

    Counting today as a SFD and yesterday so up to 5/16 SFDs.

    Tomorrow my hair is getting cut and roots done. Wanted to cancel as prefer the money but hate to let little hairdresser guy down. He's lovely and it's nice to be pampered now and again.

    Grateful for
    A compliment from my boss apparently I look good this week! Rare to have a compliment so taking it.
    Lovely story with one of my friends being asked to meet Jeremy Corben due to his homeless work yesterday. Nice to know grass roots guys are thought of.
    Crumpets mmmm I wonder who brought them into office oops.

    Afternoon all

    Yesterday was a NSD so 5/16 :). I met a friend for coffee after work but it was her treat. Gorgeous day so we got takeaway cups and sat in the park.

    Much colder today. I've taken the day off as I hate working on my birthday. Nothing much planned, I had a long lie and just been to Lidl for a small top up shop.

    Today I'm grateful for getting IDed (think the check out lady needs glasses but I'll take it :rotfl:), feeling loved, a day off work, steak in the slow cooker which will be made into a yummy pie later and OH finding a gf df chocolate cake (I had a piece for breakfast :o).

    Happy birthday Mistara.
    I hope everyone who is poorly gets better soon.
    Today sadly was a spend day. I am aiming that tomorrow wont be a spend day. I have only spend £1 of my food budget so far. I aiming to refill the envelopes on Wednesday.
