Milan Apt's - people carrier or 2 smaller cars?

Hi,
Any recommendations for a car hire company that may have a fairly decent price for a people carrier that will take 5 adults and a child seat?
Or would you say that its always better to get two smaller cars?
We would have 2-3 drivers easily.
Mainly driving from airport to Tuscany and a couple of day trips maybe.
Thanks!
Ps. Would be great if I could potentially rent at one airport and return at another around Milan.

You're probably looking at a 7 seater, but if you book a 7 seater you may end up with a 12 seater mini bus, this happened to me. It may be easier just to have too smallish cars.
I booked avis through ba and got a LIN-MXP one way rental with no extra charge, you may need to be a ba blue exec club member which is free to join.
Do a comparison using carrentals.co.uk and also travel supermarket.

Thanks Richard.
Looks like I will be flying to Pisa in the end.
Two cars work out at least 200 quid less expensive when taking a Eco and Compact.
eRentals and 121 seems to have best deals but I have never used these two. I guess they act as a partner and use main companies.0 -
Check 121s cancellation policy, it may let you cancel within 24 hours of booking if you don't like the car provider.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0
