Does anyone know what the defniition of a 'new customer' is?
If you cancel a provider and someone else at same address with different name applies for a new contract is that a 'new customer'?

If you are thinking about Sky, strictly not (it's the household that has the contract though one person deals with it), though some have got away with it, but others , when caught have ended up with a full minimum term but with no offer.0 -

Not Sky especially.
I do not see how you can have contract with a household as such. Surely a contract has to be a named person.
i.e. if the person named in the contract defaulted on payment how could they take the household to court for payment etc.
But how would they 'find out'?0
