NatWest customers seeing money and wages "disappear"

I couldn't log into NatWest online banking yesterday so assumed they were doing maintenance, but still can't log in this morning.
I'll "keep trying".
ETA My son has just pointed out that I had Number Lock on by accident

but I will leave this post here in case anyone else has the same problem and doesn't think to check Number Lock

I must have been one of the lucky ones, as I have logged in every day for last seven days and no access problems any time!
Was using apps though, not website version.0
