Panasonic Vdr-d100 Camcorder Newbie

i used the http://mediacoder.sourceforge.net/ but im having a bit of trouble.
the first time i used i managed to convert a .vro but now when i use it says "the encode thread seems to be blocked if you are not running other program that consumes all CPU time , this may indicate that the encoder has encounterd an error and stopped working. do you want to interupt the task?

if i click yes it stops and i get no file outputted, if i click no , i couple of seconds later it pops up again.
do you have any idea whats wrong?

Hi,
I've also got a Panasonic D100 I've managed to reas and play the discs on my PC by converting them to a MPEG using AVS video convertor but the don't playback at the correct speed.

The playback is too slow and distorts the sound and is almost 1 frame at a time, does anyone know how to correct this?

thanks, but I need to dowbnload the full version of Imagemixer 3 before I can use the update and the software doesn't come with the camcorder (and the link on the Panasonic website takes you to the update), have tried e-mailing Panasonic.
