Changing Broadband Suppliers & Keeping E-mail Address

I'd think about getting your own domain name.
I've paid about £5 a year for the past 5 years or so and have changed broadband suppliers three times without having to worry about changing email address.
Plus, you can get an address like yourfirstname@yoursurname.co.uk which can look pretty impressive.0 -
Yeah, you should do what Nick's suggested. I did the same a few years ago and can create an unlimited number of email addresses under my domain name.
You usually have two choices;
1. Standard POP3 email server - Anything sent to 'yourname@yourdomain.co.uk' will arrive directly to your inbox.
2. Email forwarding - Anything sent to 'yourname@yourdomain.co.uk' will be forwarded on to an ISP email address of your choosing.
I'm using UK2.net as my provider. Superb service.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0
