Leaseholder parking fine

    Sorry for not being clear.

    My lodger got a PCN from P&P so I decided to appeal for him as the leaseholder:

    Appeal Information:
    Are you the registered keeper of the vehicle? No Were you the driver of the vehicle? No

    Appeal was refused.

    I emailed the MA asking them to cancel they fine. The MA said they would request the fine be cancelled but would be reluctant to do so again in the future.

    This is the last I heard until P&P Managements solicitor started sending me the above letters a few months later.

    I have now written to MA to ask what the heck is going on.

    Hope that makes it clearer!

    Because the PMC's solicitor is sending letters to someone (me) who had absolutely nothing to do with that car being parked where it was without a permit?

    Yes - bottom line, you are no more liable for this than I am. :)
