  • Nice work.

A shame that you couldn't get unreasonable costs - especially in light of the similar statement from kezza15 - they must have known for at least 2-3 weeks that signage was inadequate and the claim likely to fail.

Pleased to note that the ambush wasn't permitted. A well paginated bundle makes such a difference, so nice to have that recognised after you had stressed to get it right :)

A local agent will have cost conservatively £150 on a fixed fee so that puts them well down after your costs.

It sounds very like kezza’s case then. Judge took charge and didn’t want to even hear the details of your defence because she’d made up her mind having seen the papers. But it wasn’t work wasted because without having put all the work into your defence and WS she wouldn’t have been able to make up her mind early like she did.
    Well done.
Parking Prankster hasn’t blogged anything for the last month. When he resurfaces I’ll point him to your thread and kezza’s because other drivers caught by this car park might find their way to his blog and find it useful.

I think I would be remiss of me if I didn't mention some key people who helped me in this case. Anyone who did help, but is not mentioned, I do appreciate what you did to help but can't mention everybody.

I had already mentioned Lamilad who helped at some key moments recently.

Johnersh - This forum needs members who are legally trained who know the court system well. I am sure a lot of people appreciate your help I certainly do. Your 'golden nuggets' as I called them of quick analysis of evidence or sequence of events was golden not just in my case but Kezza15's as well.

Coupon-mad - How would this forum survive without your constant help. You amaze me how you manage to be able to post more than once on each thread always with useful info/tips and links to things that for some people aren't easy to find whilst juggling family life.

Finally LoadsofChildren123 - another legally trained person and is a diamond. Able to reword what you think is a reasonable sentence/paragraph into something even better. Also gives very good advice/hints/tips and if you look at my thread from start to finish about half the posts are from you. I also don't know how you do this whilst balancing family life and working life.

Keep up your good work please. I will need your help in my other 2 cases I bet - if you don't mind.

lol I wish it was that easy :)
Would definitely be pushing 'unreasonable behaviour' if it was :)

(In case you are interested 1 of them is in the same carpark for a classic 'flipped ticket' scenario - see other thread of mine - currently waiting for Directions Questionnaire)
