Not had a problem with quidco, I got house insurance through it and got £85 cash back, did have to query the last £35 but once I did it was paid ;)

Another HUGE fan of Quidco here, also no problems to report - I've been with Quidco for 2 years and have had loads of large cashbacks paid, including insurances and gaming (well one exception - Victor Chandler casino).
    Quidco ~ £3,718 | Greasypalm ~ £354 | Freefivers ~ £45 | Pigsback ~ £260 shopping vouchers + 15 CDs
    Total cashback / freebies / money-saving: 2006 ~ £3,961 | 2007 ~ 3,610 | 2008 ~ £4,159 | 2009 ~ £1,449

Since joining Quidco in february 2006 I've had £311 cash back.

Edit: Sorry, but not sure what the OP is going on about.

    Quidco is GREAT...

    I joined in December 06 and to date I have made £591.61...I reckon that's paid for a holiday...or 2....

  • Quidco certainly arn`t being taken advantage of...Other companies pay THEM for sending new customers their way which they pass on to us, in return for a fiver per year.
Its about time some of these big insurance companies etc gave us a little back!

what I'm saying is are you going to these sites because you need to or going to them just to get a few pence for going.Hope you can understand that.

I have been paid the £120 cashback for taking out building & contents insurance with Lloyds TSB (Transaction took place in June but paid 1st September)

I also have £130 cashback for taking my car insurance with the Prudential tracked and due for payment in October

Can't understand these people who simply describe Quidco as CRAP as myself and some friends who registered around February last year have had very few transactions not track

Yea they are good on small sales but not on insurance, roadside assistance or gambling sites. If they have to pay out more than £10 in commission on a sale it does not track. Use it to get your no spend commission like kelkoo. But find someone else for big purchases.

Sorry, but this is absolute rubbish, I have signed up for a lot of gambling sites thru quidco and done insurance and lots of other things too and it has only not tracked twice.

I have been using it for years now. I do agree that some seem to have been unlucky, but they do say not to rely on the money you get as it isn't a guarantee.

    Take care

  • why do you say Quidco are being taken advantage of?

They make money from the companies advertising on there, and also take £5 a year in fees from each member that accumulates more than £5 in cashback on their account
