Stuck for ideas as I literally don't use all my cards combined 20 times! Can I pay off my credit card with 20 £1 transactions each month? Will that count? The only other way I can think of would be to buy 20x something super cheap in the supermarket and go to self checkout and put it through individually.. which seems a pain..
I had this, it was easy - I just stopped using cash for small purchases and used contactless. Starbucks, lunch, and any purchase under £30 - so supermarkets, putting £20 petrol in the car etc. I got the £5 every month. I don't have this now, as I've had the account too long and it looks like it's for new customers only.0 -
I was behind someone once in a shop when you had to use your TSB debit card contactless to get rewards
They tried contactless and needless to say it wouldn't work and had to enter the pin so they asked the tilll person if they could pay £1 with the pin and then the rest by contactless (presumably to try and reset the card so that they could use contactless) - caused all sorts of confusion including getting a manager etc etc
Sorry about that!:D0 -
Yes it worked they paid the pound by entering the pin and the rest by contactless the manager had to show the assistant how to do it on the till
oh no need to apologize I've done the same myself I said to the queue do you mind waiting 15 minutes while I pop over to the bank and get some cash out to reset my debit card0
