TSB £10 cash back offer

So the 2 direct debits are easy for me but I'm wondering is there an easy/free way to use the card 20 times to get the other £5 cash back each month? Stuck for ideas as I literally don't use all my cards combined 20 times! Can I pay off my credit card with 20 £1 transactions each month? Will that count? The only other way I can think of would be to buy 20x something super cheap in the supermarket and go to self checkout and put it through individually.. which seems a pain..

There sure is. Post Office Online Saver allows deposits by debit card.

You are likely to have some odd looks, too, if the tills are busy.
  • Does making a credit card payment by card also count as a debit card transaction?

Has anyone actually been paid the two £5 rewards yet? 2 weeks into May and still nothing for April.

Realistically, the only way is to use the debit card the required number of times. If that means paying for your weekly shopping basket one item at at time, so be it. I wish the banks would think theses sort of promotions through...

As does the person next in the queue behind someone (presumably using self checkout ) who makes lots of tiny payments.

I was behind someone once in a shop when you had to use your TSB debit card contactless to get rewards

They tried contactless and needless to say it wouldn't work and had to enter the pin so they asked the tilll person if they could pay £1 with the pin and then the rest by contactless (presumably to try and reset the card so that they could use contactless) - caused all sorts of confusion including getting a manager etc etc

Cashback is paid about 3 weeks into the month.

    Were they successful?

I don't see why a manager was called, allowing a bill to be paid by more than 1 card shouldn't be any problem
