Yay - remember though, don't be grateful to the retailer. Morrisons only have themselves to blame for this anti-customer-service attack. In some cases their contracts with PE last FIVE YEARS - no doubt they are stuck with them/likely far too expensive to cancel (PE are not stupid).

PE are suing shedloads of Morrisons customers who don't appeal/complain in time. Hence why Morrisons will cancel EVERY time when asked, because they know what they've done (shutting the door after the horse has bolted).

Well done and thanks for confirming, so more newbies read this and get away from PE's clutches in time, before being sued.
