Ebuyer claiming laptop not returned - refusing refund. I am being scammed!

OP here. Got a full money refund from Ebuyer, having spoken to their complaints handler by using MSE's resolver tool. After a bit of back and forth, she said, 'We have investigated this with Yodel and they have allowed us to submit a claim.' No idea what this implies in terms of who the fault is with, but honestly don't care - just happy just action has been taken.
Thanks for the update. I am glad you got a full refund.
(To me, Ebuyer's response implies that Yodel are meeting the cost.)0 -
There is plenty of anecdotal evidence online of Yodel drivers, throwing items over fence, saying they left stuff is porch, taking stuff they can sell.
Poor sods are paid 65p or 45p if they have to come back twice.
If your name and address were on paperwork from Yodel you can do a subject access request for all paper and computer records. Will cost you no more than £10.Thanks, don't you just hate people with sigs !0
