New Bed - where to avoid?

Thinking of buying a new bed, and take away the old one. Probably going for 'pocket-sprung' - I imagine the more pockets the better? After problems with Harveys, first on the list to avoid is Bensons Beds ( a sister company). But who else to avoid? What are your experiences? Any recommendations?

You get what you pay for.
Considering how much of our lives we spend asleep in bed, it is worth paying more for a good bed, and a good mattress.
We chose ours in John Lewis, with the help of a non-pushy salesman, then ordered online in their clearance, so got a great bargain. Chose the JL Naturals range, made in Yorkshire
