Talk talk messed up again!!!!!!

Options
I am having to post this from home as at work on Thursday early afternoon internet went down with message on screen `connection refused`, quickly checked bank statement to make sure direct debit had gone through. Rang Talk Talk to be told some software program had picked that I wasn`t being charged for my broadband so automatically cut me off. I was told I would be reconnected in a couple of hours (3 days and 20 hours still not back on) and put through to customer retention team, guy said he needed to renegotiate my contract and would come back to me. Never heard from again. Sorry for the rant but as a result of this I can`t afford to stay with TT, can someone recommend a more customer friendly broadband/phone supplier.

Andrews & Arnold. I use them and am happy to recommend them.

If you're using talktalk you probably won't like the prices though, but it depends how much you value Internet connectivity in your workplace.

Thanks for that I will give them a try. To be fair connectivity has never been a issue but when you get a problem Talk Talk are a nightmare they have no sense of urgency and when you are running a business they don`t seem to appreciate what hassle and money it`s costing you while its down.

You'd need to contact TalkTalk Business for help Alan. You can get them on twitter by tweeting @TalkTalkBizCare.

Sorry Emma I am old school and don`t do twitter, any way if they want my business surely they should be contacting me. They only have to pick up the phone and tell me what`s going on and they might keep a customer.
