Look at your bills from 12 months ago and for readings with a letter A or the word Actual.
Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill

arrgghh something is seriously wrong somewhere

ive woke up feeling refreshed to try again but its doing my head in

ive done the price comparison thing again gave all the information it needs exactly as its written on my bills and its still coming up wrong

I don't no were to go from here

just a thought a few years ago eon asked me to give them a meter reading so went and had a look and realised the number was the same as the previous year so I told eon to let them no and they sent someone to change the meter
could this be the reason why im having trouble I no it sounds daft but just a thought

    Good morning chelle222,

I'm sorry you're having problems with this.

If you log in to your online account as normal, then click 'MIdata' in the bottom right corner.

Then click 'view your MIdata online' you'll get all of the information that you need. 'Energy used last year in kWh' Estimated energy usage for the next 12 months etc.

This should be the best way to get what you need.

    Thank you

    Helena
