The link above is from readysteady is from Microsoft here
    Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 English 64 bit
     https://software-download.microsoft.com/pr/Win7_Ult_SP1_English_x64.iso?t=7d22a56b-c447-47df-a6ac-a7d0daec8775&e=1493034255&h=cc2a39e6fd1b61c961a7f41254d4d57f

But sadly this forum has added a space between ...7f4 125... so in my code box the correct link is there
    Then follow https://bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/start-the-windows-7-recovery-environment/
for the instructions. To be able to use the ISO above you need to burn it onto a DVD or Use Rufus to put it onto a USB stick (at least 4GB for W7) The link to Rufus will follow in a moment
    it is here https://rufus.akeo.ie/

The repair your computer can help in some situations, I am fairly sure it warns you before doing anything destructive (like reinstalling Windows to Factory Default)

Yeah, it does look exactly like that.

I am writing on another laptop at the moment.

At the back of my laptop, it just says Nspire black edition Model: C15B

Use that laptop to create the Windows 7 rescue/install ISO on a USB or DVD then go to the Repair section on that as suggested , follow the instructions from Bleeping computer link. The repair section will allow to to try and fix the startup problems, or at least give you some clues as to why it can't. Then come back and ask for further help.

The Nspire C15B the C15B referes to the Pegatron motherboard not the Model , but just in case if needed any W7 drivers for that board are to be found here http://www.e-weekly.co.uk/download/RnD/DRIVERS/PEGATRON/C15B/C15B_Win7.zip
I have 3 Novatech pcs so I can find my way round their forums :o

Following my links and the instructions behind the links will not result in a loss of data.
You don't need to find any disc. Just create media from the image to which I have linked and follow the instructions to get into the Recovery Environment.

Sorry, did not mean to undermine your good advice, I was referring to System Image Recovery option, that is the option the OP needs to be careful of.

    System Image Recovery

System Image Recovery allows you to overwrite all the information on your hard drives with a system images created at a previous date. This allows you to recover your computer in the event that Windows becomes corrupted and cannot boot. It is also a useful tool if you wish to reset your computer to a system image created right after you installed Windows.

My guess is that the OP hasn't made one recently if at all, Start up Repair is first of call, mind you that is often as much use as a chocolate fireguard.

Fins for the heatsinks full of fluff? Daughters laptop did the same, cleaned the fins out and worked fine since and that was a couple of years now.

Tonight I have blown into the grid where the heat sink is, and the laptop started alright. So it might be a question of fluffs in the laptop, I can still hear the fan working hard still, I will have to open the laptop up and see if I can clean the fluffs out. I have to buy first the antistatic mat and other things first, don't want to risk any static damage.

Saying that, Chrome didn't work, so I had to download it again for it to work.

I might not have to use any recovery media after all (that's me being optimistic ;) )

That is great, the dust in these machines can build up and it becomes goo if in a heavy smoking environment.

A good vacuum seems in order. If you remove the heat sink you may need some thermal paste between in and the CPU when you put it back, do not use too much. Look in all the vents, on back and underside and the pathways to each.

Avoid using the laptop on a bed or get one of those Ikea things that elevate it.

    Glad you are making progress
