Thanks Beanie
Aye, the maintenance is what it is...
Once my sequestration is done of course, I'll have what I'm paying on my DCO back in surplus again.
Just keeping things as frugal as possible.
Doing surveys to get a few extra bob in here n there, I'm managing.BUGGRITMILLENIUMHANDANDSHRIMP I TOLD EM! - Foul Ole Ron
It is important that we know where we come from, because if you do not know where you come from, then you do not know where you are, and if you don't know where you are, then you don't know where you are going. If you don't know where you're going, you're probably going wrong.

Basically, I would like to be able to have enough surplus available so as to sort out contents insurance, cos while I don't have much, I would like to make sure that it were covered, just in case...
I went thru a few years of having nothing but what I wore and carried... I appreciate and I am grateful for what little I now have and want to protect it, if that makes sense...BUGGRITMILLENIUMHANDANDSHRIMP I TOLD EM! - Foul Ole Ron

It looks like you're doing well with the budgeting; I think it's so easy to try and stop all "non-essential" expenditure like hobbies, but we have to enjoy life, don't we? The only thing I can see is that your mobile phone bill is pretty high. Are you tied into a contract? I pay a tenner PAYG and it's enough of everything for my personal and business use... just a thought x2019 Aim: Save £10,000

Hi ladymay
Yes, I'm on a contract but as soon as its done, I'll be onto a sim only again, it's got about a year left to run.
I would reduce my multi-media, but I cannot find anyone that comes even close to matching Virgin for broadband service and of course if all you want is broadband it's way more expensive outwith a "bundle" package, it makes no sense to me...BUGGRITMILLENIUMHANDANDSHRIMP I TOLD EM! - Foul Ole Ron
