    Oh and I have a friend who had an IVA set up when she was struggling....thinking is similar to what you are going for....she said was the best thing she ever done:D

    Well, today has been another good one.

    Annual staff appraisal today and my bosses are very happy with me... :D

    I now have to appraise my own staff... which will be good, as they all know I think they are bloody awesome
