Me too, but I wasn't surprised since it told me I hadn't changed my password in something like 1600 days. The only thing that's worse at reminding me to change is my employer!

It is important that we know where we come from, because if you do not know where you come from, then you do not know where you are, and if you don't know where you are, then you don't know where you are going. If you don't know where you're going, you're probably going wrong.

Had a good day despite the weather.
The weather was OK on the way there but the sunshine disappeared not long after we arrived at our destination in Kilmartin Glen and I had to keep her ladyship on lead as the ships were in amongst the stones.
Managed to get a great photo of the central stone once she sat still (for all of two seconds) and we were heading for the Temple Wood stones when it chucked it down with hail. The wee furry did not like that and pulled like hell for to get back to the shelter of the car... so as the hail turned to heavy rain we called it a day and headed for home.
Will defo head back up there when it is high summer and spend an entire day exploring; that entire area is awash with very ancient monuments, stone circles, chambered cairns, hill forts n everything.
Apart from fuel it was a cheap day out as we took snacks n drinks with us.
Hope everyone else has had a grand day

PS will upload pictures when I get a chance as furrybum here is insisting on going for a walk (again...)

  • Glad you had a good day. i've been following your journey with your dog as when I began my diary that was one of the things i was aiming for. Just got it agreed I can get a 4 day week and only in the office 6 days a month. So, just need to leave said dog home alone 6 days a month. Thinking that is feasible. Might start visiting the animal shelter in the next few months. Any tips gratefully received...

    Have a good evening :)
