Hi All,
I have £7000 that I want to invest in the ETF:

Can someone tell me the cheapest ISA provider that will allow me to do this?
I am becoming incredibly confused by the annual charges...

I think selftrade are going to be up there with the cheapest for what you want to do (they are poor for unit trusts but better for shares).I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
