Coughed up or come to an acceptable agreement with HMRC i.e. a payment plan.
I suspected as much yesterday when I saw they were still recruiting at management level.

There is the outside chance that HMRC agreed to withdraw the petition because the company was taking steps to go into Administration or Creditors Voluntary Liquidation thus having a similar outcome but HMRC not having to stump up the petition fee. But the indications are that that is probably not the case.
One silver lining, despite being dismissed that petition will have been picked up by the credit reference agencies and UKPCs credit rating (if it wasn't already) will be shot.0 -

Not a surprise though, these muppet ex-clamper firms are sloshing in other people's money.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
