Sorry if it's been posted already but I would rather this seen twice than not at all!
I would love to be a forensic accountant on this one and find out exactly where all the poor victims cash has gone...

Look forward to the rise of UK Parking Company ltd which buys up the assets of UKPC ltd and uses the same staff etc.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

No doubt. Would the fake invoices be classed as "assets" or will they be unenforceable now? (Well at least more unenforceable than they were in the first place!)0

Unlikely if the Compulsory Liquidation goes through.
Would be interesting to know if this HMRC debt is the tip of the iceberg, anybody out there able to confirm if they have any substantial outstanding CCJ's?0 -
Unlike normal wind up's by creditors, HMRC is the worst.
They will wind UKPC up and then seize assets to pay the debt.
This will also include VAT which UKPC has been shy about.
Depending how Rupert Willams has disguised funds, they will be looking at tax avoidance and Rupert could end up in prison.
HMRC do not play games
As of now, UKPC are not part of an accredited ATA like the BPA and as such can no longer obtain data from the DVLA
All tickets issued by UKPC are now void
A statement by the DVLA and BPA is now required
Any debt collector letter from the likes of DRP REGARDING UKPC should be forwarded to HMRC
All unpaid UKPC tickets are not assets because they are speculative invoices and are not proven
Any suspect of a phoenix company being set up should immediately be reported to HMRC and the DVLA0 -
@Beamerguy you are jumping the gun.
This is simply a petition, read the notice, unless the debt is settled there will be a hearing on 22 May 2017, at that hearing (barring an adjournment) the company is only then likely to be wound up.
What happens after that will be up to the Official Receiver and any subsequently appointed Liquidator.0 -

Not Jumping the gun ....... this is the HMRC ?
Before the petition, HMRC would have had a full dialogue with UKPC which clearly failed.
As far as being a member of the BPA, UKPC can no longer be part of an ATA system.
I am not interested in what happens to UKPC , they made their own bed.
I know someone who moved to Australia to avoid the HMRC but they flew out and in his situation it was £50k ... they collected
The petition is just a requirement being posted in the Gazette to seek and find other creditors who are owed money by UKPC
HMRC will succeed0 -

Still listed. I've been away all afternoon and evening. Have I missed something? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
