Exchanging small amounts of foreign currency

Hi everyone,

Been having a clear out and I have around £30 worth of foreign currency - but it's not all in one currency (so I have £4 worth of Turkish Lira, £7 worth of Singapore Dollars, £5 worth of Hong Kong dollars, etc...)

Does anyone know if I can exchange this money at the Post Office, or do they require a minimum amount of each currency? I've tried Googling and looking on the Post Office website but no luck, so thought I'd try asking on here

I doubt very much that you'll be able to exchange it for anything approaching worthwhile. My suggestion would be to take it to the airport next time you visit one and dump it in one of the charity boxes.

You can sell it on eBay as a job lot

Any exchange place should take it but bear in mind that they only take notes, not coins.
