New Phone deal

Hi all,


I'm looking to get a new phone as my current phone (Samsung S3) is knackered. I currently pay for a sim only deal of £7 (500 mins, unlimited texts and 1GB data), which is fine for my usage.


I need a new phone and have the funds to buy it upfront, if it is cheaper. I will be using it mainly for surfing, emails, whatapp and using apps. I want it to be fairly powerful and I don't really use the camera.


I'm thinking of the Samsung S6 or after seeing it on here, the Moto G5 plus. I'm open to different manufactures as long as the spec is decent and comparable to the top end. Any other suggestions would be welcomed, please provide a link?

If you're considering the S6 why not go for the S7? It's a better phone all round when compared to the S6.

I can recommend the G5 Plus, had it for a couple of weeks and very pleased with it.

I've got the standard G5 and it does the business for me so another vote for the Plus here.

If you don't buy direct from them, you can avoid the issues that the above poster seems to have had with them as it will be the retailer responsible if there are any problems with it down the line.

oh ok, seen it as £165 on Tesco (https://shop.tescomobile.com/pay-as-you-go/mobile-phones/lenovo/moto+g5?deal=50305)
