Have MS added an "import contacts" function yet? If not, the act of adding an existing email account (eg gmail, hotmail) should automatically include the contacts that those accounts had.0

No import is not there - I have the accounts already added but the long list of contacts not there - I have them saved on an external hard drive0 -
Sorry, not familiar with MS stuff (as you can tell); how about import to outlook.com or hotmail.com (from your -assumed- CSV file on your external hard drive); may have to create a temporary account there of-course if you dont have one already; then add that (account+contacts) to [Windows 10] Mail.No import is not there - I have the accounts already added but the long list of contacts not there - I have them saved on an external hard drive0 -
Anymore ideas anyone?0
