What does film icon mean on sky cinema?

We have sky tv. When we go into sky cinema / on demand (we
subscribe) some of the films have a film icon ( like 2 cells of a film roll? thing). Does this mean that movie has a preview? or what does it mean? I don't want to end up paying for a film . (I got caught out at christmas with the £13.99 reward thing but eventually got it sorted out.)
Thanks in advance.

It means there is a trailer available. If you click on on it then you should see at the bottom of your screen that the red button appears with 'View Trailer' next to it.0

As a general rule if it says "Sky Store" on the search results screen, it's chargeable, otherwise it's "free" as part of your subscription.0
