can post it if you want?
don't know if it contains anything that shouldn't be posted?
just a few long lines of question marks?

If you want to pm it to me and I'll take a look to see whether anything stands out, although I don't claim to be an expert in interpreting these things.

hi Gillor, cannot do that, as same problem as yesterday, cannot log on, cannot even get into safe mode?
Just got on via safe mode again, and restore point.
aswmbr must have really altered boot, cannot keep logging on via restore points .

wouldn't even shut down last night?
apart from scannow, done most things, apart from clean instal.
does scannowrequire w7 key? as I don't have one, and that also may stop me doing clean instal?
new pc for my birthday might be the best option, if all else fails

Another thing to try is Highjackthis https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/hijackthis/ It might be immaterial but maybe worth a try. Post the log here.

Have you looked in Event Viewer to see the list of errors? That might give a clue although I don't know why the M$ engineers don't make the interpretation of them easier.
You know what uranium is, right? It's this thing called nuclear weapons. And other things. Like lots of things are done with uranium. Including some bad things.

Hi, I used Hiighjackthis years ago.
The more I use, the more problems I seem to get.:(
This all started with Mbam rootkit scan, now got more problems than I started with:)
Might just give it a go, but, the boot up is my biggest problem, at present, since running aswmbr? It's taken 2 hours again to log on this morning, via safe mode.
Just wondered if scannow would rectify this problem?

Out of curiosity I would recommend using HIJACK THIS but only posting the text file, do NOT remove anything

    If only I could?
When I try to post the log on here, as soon as I submit it,after, copy and pasting it on here, a big red X comes up. Sorry you have been Blocked from MSE. by CloudFlare?
It's claiming to be MSE's Security System?

    IS IT?
Something does not want me to show you the logs???
Any ideas, now I'm certain there's something that's preventing me locating whatever is lurking on my Pc.
as I said, the more I use, the worse it gets.

Cloudfare is protecting MSE, IMO it has been VERY poorly configured for this site

    paste your log on https://pastebin.com

and post the link to it here.

You may need to delete your cookies and turn off router for 5 minutes to get a new IP.
Thanks, don't you just hate people with sigs !
