Mcr/Singapore/Christchurch, Dec flight

Hi, thanks in advance but wondered if anyone had any tips?

Want to fly to Changi Singapore on the 15th Dec from Manchester, stay for 2 nights then fly to Christchurch. Then on the 3rd Jan Fly back to Mcr.

I've looked on a few sites but want to know how cheap I could do this? Not China airways though, wasn't keen last time we used them!

Hope you can advise!

not cheap as you are right at the peak time of travel and many of the cheapest fares will be gone by now (flights are released 11 months in advance)
'cheapest' seems to be booking through Singapore Airlines. MAN-FRA-SIN on the way out and CHC-SIN-AMS-MAN on the return...just under £1,900 each in economy
You can get this down to under £1,400 if you are prepared to start your journey from outside the UK but would need to factor in separate flights and hotel (together with understanding the risks of delays at that time of year)

If you can fly on the 31st Dec to MAN the price should be cheaper and aircraft less full.

Ask the airline (or agent) for a TIC fare: this would include your hotel in Singapore and might work out less than an ordinary ticket price.

    What does TIC stand for?

    Thanks
