Is abc1 really going?
Edit: I've just looked it up on Digital Spy and apparently it's gone already!0 -
unfortunately to ruin everyones fun... mr acorah was proved to do his research before a show by someone who made up a history and posted it on a specially designed website to catch him out then hired him to investigate hauntings at a place where there was no haunting and he came up with the details of the made up history... so... he's not really in tune with powers just looks up the history on a website before hand and then puts in some acting work.
hate to spoil everyones enjoyment there.0 -
Well, I'm happy about the change anyway, didn't know about the channel change till I was flipping around last night.
Caught the new US series with Eddie Izzard in it, was v enjoyable...0 -
Loved The Riches, unusual and a change to formula US drama.
They have a Fish called Wanda tonight too.0 -
so annoyed that this isn't on freesat0

I've had a look at the schedules for Virgin 1 and I have to say that it looks DIRE!!!!
Suffice it to say that it makes ABC and FTN look positively brimming with good stuff. The atmosphere is currently filled with hypocrisy so thick that it could be sliced, wrapped, and sold in supermarkets for a decent price and labeled, 'Wholegrain Left-Wing, Middle-Class, Politically-Correct Organic Hypocrisy'.0 -
I loved Criminal Minds last night on Virgin 1
I was going to watch The Ritches but I was too tired to stay up till 11.15pm

Virgin should get rid of all the !!!!!! channels - I hate seeing them pop up on my TV, I have no objection to people subscribing to them but why should they offer them to everyone. Get rid that's what I say.
I never saw ABC1 and used to see FTN programmes occasionally, I am wondering when Virgin will stopping messing about with channels - if they ain't broke don't fix 'em.
BTW Street Crime UK is on Bravo0 -
I'm not particularly chuffed with losing FTN and ABC1 and just getting Virgin1, especially as I don't even get the daytime scheduale because I'm on freeview.
You'd think they'd have found something to replace ABC1 during the day seeing as they knew it was going (and we didn't).
I'm going to miss watching Masters of Horror on FTN and Rodney and Ellen on ABC1. Back to dvds me'thinks! The "Bloodlust" Clique - Morally equal to all. should this not be posted elsewhere as its not a freebie, you have to subscribe to something to get it.... atleast on sky you do, because i recently cancelled my subscription as im never home to watch it and when i am i watch the free channels anyway, but i just checked and virgin 1 and virgin +1 both say i need to contact sky to order them0
