Virgin 1 sounds really good until you look at the schedules.
They were promising a really good channel to challenge Sky One, instead it looks more like the undead FTN.
The first few days look really dire, but the following week a few programmes that might not be so bad pop up.0 -
a couple of good programmes (criminal minds) - but DD gutted that abc1 has gone - its gone on virginmedia tv too - she LOVED that channel
I won't be sad to see it go - I can practically recite every episode of 8 simple rule
:cool:0 -
Hope FTN does move, its a nightly watch for me - street wars

First of all, FTN is being replaced with Virgin 1 on all platforms. Secondly, Street Wars is on Sky Three and not on FTN. Do you mean Street Crime UK.. if so its on Virgin 1!DOCUMENTARY: Street Crime UK UncutAlso the reason why there can be even more channels on Freeview is because there isn't more space on the platform and is full up. The only way a new channel can go on the platform is when it replaces a channel already there,
On: Virgin 1 (153)
Date: Tuesday 2nd October 2007 (starting in 1 day)
Time: 11:00 to 11:30 (30 minutes long)
Expect more foul mouths and shocking stunts than ever before in this special uncut version of the police clip show. Featuring actual footage of drug raids, high-speed chases and undercover vice operations.
(Audio Described)
