Seperate Sky Accounts for Lodger

I own my house and have Sky Broadband on a 12 month deal that ends in October, that I will probably move to Plus Net once the 12 months is up to get their current deal, whatever that is.
I am looking to rent my spare room and the person looking at it has a Sky TV account where they currently live that they want to keep and bring with them.
I already have a dish and cable from the octo LNB going to the room so that is not an issue.
Is it possible to keep these separate accounts on the same address? I do not want to be held liable for their Sky account should anything bad happen and have no interest in getting Sky TV myself as Freeview, Freesat and currently a Netflix Sub suits me fine.

I doubt it, even if it was possible, it's not worth the potential hassle if they do off in a few months.0

Edit: in fact if they're already paying for their own TV they just need to plug it in, there's no real reason to even tell Sky.0
