Yes it's never easy to find them.

Log into OBA. Go to Order Mail Supplies - Despatch Manager Online - and as per the above post.

The link may take you there after log in https://www.royalmail.com/discounts-payment/credit-account/online-mail-supplies/oms/catalogue/1984

I thought that was what I'd ordered, but a strange roll of labels arrived with pull away strips on them. I'll try again.

Ah one has pull away bits the other doesn't. Follow my link and order the others. I've just looked back at my last order and I ordered both! I think that's because I can never remember which is the correct code!!

Despatch Manager Online Thermal Labels roll
A single roll of 500 Despatch Manager Online thermal labels (P6557)

    Edit, I think it's the P6557 code https://www.royalmail.com/sites/default/files/docs/pdf/setup_guide.pdf

Double edit - or perhaps not. We only use Macs and it says the P6709 https://www.royalmail.com/sites/default/files/DMO-Printer-Installation-Guide-Mac-OSX-10_10-v1_2.pdf

Thanks again for all your help everyone.

BTW, why didn't any of you nag me to get the Zebra printer earlier- this is the best gadget I've bought for ages, It has seriously cut down on the time I spend packing and labelling my items. Next time I am being stubborn about new technology, you all have my permission to nag me.

I also wish I'd bought it ages ago. I think the price of £180 put me off, but it makes life so much easier and I love that all parcels are updated when delivered. No more fake INR claims in the UK, just have to sort out overseas.

It is the one thing in my office I couldn't do without. Yes the price tag does put some off but it pays for itself in no time at all (not counting the value of the time savings it gives).

Good on you both for joining the club.
