Parking Charge Notice Advice

Please could someone give me some advice on G24 parking charge notices as in November of last year I received a notice in The Link Retail Park in Westwood Cross Broadstairs Kent.. I am now at the stage where their Debt Collectors DRP Ltd have sent me three letters ( roughly one every two weeks), plus 2 text messages telling me I should pay the now £160 due. After going on one of the Forums looking into G24 several people advised to ignore. Westwood Cross is a large shopping centre, where until now I was under the opinion that it was all free parking. Unbeknown to me and others, this particular area of Westwood Cross is not a free parking area if your stay is more than 3 hours. Unfortunately, it wasn't until I received the parking charge notice that I realised I had been in an area where it was necessary to pay.
I would be grateful for any help or advice you could give... Thank you in advance....Chris D

Post four of the Newbies Sticky in the Parking Tix forum will set you ring about DRP, and G24 is well known there too. Only read recent threads about them - last few months.
