Stove Pipe collar

I have installed a Charnwood Island 1 stove, connected to a chimney flue through a brick wall by a 6" cast iron flue pip.
It looks a bit messy where the pipe goes through the wall and rather than fill it up with grout I'm looking for some sort of collar to round the pipe.
The slight problem is where the flue pipe connects to the stove it is more than 6" in diameter( to fit the slightly enlarged hole in the stove to make the seal ) and so any 6"+ collar slipped over the pipe would be loose.
Does anyone know of some sort of snap-lock,two-piece collar than can be bought. It would preferably be in case iron so I could spray paint it the same colour as the stove.
Many thanks in advance.
