I do not blame you if you cancel and remember there are plenty of posters on this website that can advise as to section 75 CC rules or give help getting your money back;0)
My invoice suggests a refund is fairly easy to arrange, I don't think they will argue if I ask for one.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Had similar past issues with PF - lying they had "attempted delivery" when clearly they had not - we have CCTV covering the delivery area. Escalated complaint to CEO eventually, they went a bit quiet when hearing the CCTV was available for them to take a llok and confirm their driver was a liar......
They are one of the worst couriers these days, their IT systems are very poor compared to DPD for instance. No one should need to sit about all day waiting for a delivery anyway, with the software available to give 1hour time slots.
Hope it turns up or you just get the refund.......0 -
I haven't had stuff delivered by ParecelFarce for quite some time now - I'm guessing they aren't competitive for small traders. In the distant past though I used to regularly get stuff from one supplier who used them and formed the opinion that they employed Ninjas who spied on the house until you'd gone to the loo and then silently slipped a "sorry you were out" card through the letterbox. I ended up picking up about half the stuff from their depot myself.0
