Don't worry-I spent three years selling the stuff so know what to buy.

However, I gave up trying to match furniture to customers needs, as most customers knew what they thought they needed and bought it regardless- a bit like a rugby player buying ballet shoes.

We had furniture that you could jump on like a trampoline in hob nailed boots but time and time again they would go for the loose cushioned soft fill sofa with a cotton covers as it looked good in pale yellow. In the end I would just take the order and expect to see them again next year when they were buying the replacement. Shame- if you get the right gear it lasts.
