Yep. PayPal are offshore in Lux, but they voluntarily subscribe to the FOS.The man without a signature.0 -
I've just logged on to see if there were any replies. I think contacting Watchdog is a great idea, and I'm off to do that now. I did escalate my claim via paypal, but they're ignoring this + my e-mails + I can't get anyone on the phone!! They are quick enough to make the charges, but SLOW when anything goes wrong and just seem to abdicate all responsibility!!!!!
They won't ignore your claim, it takes time, make sure you have started a dispute and escalated it properly to a claim. Then the seller has a few days to respond otherwise paypal will just decide whos right and wrong.0
