wheelie bin incinerator needed

I need some kind of wheelie bin / incinerator combination.
Need to be able to deposit rubbish in it and then when it's full wheel it up the garden and set the rubbish alite. Then wheel it back down again when it's cool.
Needs to be well contained with a lid, not some kind of open mesh thing where rubbish can fall out.
I've seen metal wheelie bins but they all have plastic wheels which might melt.
Also, how can you tell if a metal container is suitable for incineration?

You can not burn domestic waste in the garden or an open fire (this includes wood stoves). To do so is an offence under several laws in England & Wales.
Whilst you can get small garden incinerators, these are generally intended for burning of woody garden waste - One slight problem with most of them. If they are zinc plated, toxic fumes are given off as the zinc layer is burnt. Her courage will change the world.
Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.0 -

Not for long. Useless council are cutting it.
Are they stopping ALL collections?
we alternate recycling with general waste and often miss a cycle because we don't have enough to fill the bin.
We could manage on monthly collections even with a small 2 person bin
Compost bin for a lot of kitchen waste the worms eat the stuff faster than we can produce it.0 -
