Interesting that we saw that the other day as well, and yet POPLA seemed to have made a decision after a previous adjournment of byelaws cases six months ago, that they could hear them after all.

I wonder if someone with some knowledge has made a robust challenge or complaint in the right ears.

An adjournment is good, the time (6 months) ticks away, in your favour!
