My buyer assured me he has bought these items before and there hasn't been a problem. Have sent with Parcel2go and the description is on the customs form so will have to see what happens
I wonder if the high number of not received claims is due to the fact that the buyer's tax ID isn't on the parcel.You're only young once, but you can be immature forever

The problems in Brazil are all to do with the customs taking months to process items. A few years ago I'm sure Ebay gave out a warning although I can't find it now.

Update
The item has not been delivered yet. According to Parcel2Go it is showing as "item processed" in Brazil on 19/4
Parcel2Go are trying to locate it, so I have no idea whether it has been held by customs due to the contents. I haven't heard from my buyer saying they haven't received it and don't really want to ask.
