Your really should have been more proactive in November and let them know you had changed your mind about the order because of the delay. Five months down the line is way too long to try to sort it out. Hopefully Peacocks will cut you a bit of slack and refund.
I know, I know, but I wasn't, which is why I am now asking if I have any rights now, after all they have failed to refund my money.
