Odd one. We all know you can whip off to gretna green and elope and get married there. Is there anywhere similar in the south but the same sort of thing? I realise you could do a registry office but would like something a bit grander. Cheers.

I've seen a few elopement packages for places like Cornwall, Exeter and Devon, worth having a google failing that, some registry offices can be lovely so that's always worth checking. One of my friends got married in Wandsworth registry office in London and it was absolutely stunning!
