Leaving site may be an unfair term in a consumer contract anyway.

What happens if there is a road accident and you go to help? A ten pound note is blown away, you cannot get a mobile phone signal on site.

Hello, everyone. TBH, i thought im done with this Napier and BW Legal thing BUT..

So, my last email to them was where i said that in those evidence they have sent me i do not see any kind of breach of contract, and that any claim is wholly misconceived and without merit, and that now im giving them 14 days to supply me with the real evidence of breach. And also i would like to hear an explanation from their client why they have changed the sign at the location, because im taking that as clear admission of failure.

So, since that there was no answer for quite long time, then i received letter which said smth like - we are sorry for not contacting you for such a long time but its because our client havent replied to us and blah blah blah... and my case is kind of on hold. Then again silents. Literally a week ago i received again the same letter. Today i received something 'New' . It says ' Your outstanding query'. It says that their client has now provided them with the info ive requested and its enclosed in this letter. BUT theres nothing new, in fact, they have enclosed the very first letter since a year and a half ago with all the same bullsh*t 'evidence' which are useless i may say. AND there is no answer to my question - why the sign is changed ?

Any advice what to do with this outstanding query letter ? Sorry i made my post so long.
Thanks everyone who read it or will read it.

Keep up the letter tennis, if this went to court you would then have a damning paper trail to show the judge and it might well be enough to claim unreasonable behaviour costs.

Yes, of course theyre being unreasonable. Anything else costs money and they also hope you will pay

No, send them a new letter, referring to their letter of X date and that you are confused why they have not bothered to send anything new, as per your letter of Y date when you noted that the information supplied on Z date was inadequte, and the same rubbish has been sent again as if it is new. You also ask why they are refusing to answer your quesiton about the sign

State they have seven days to respond, giving a full response, otherwise you consider the matter closed. Further contact will be considered harassment for which they should be aware of Ferguson v British Gas trading ltd asnd the liability they are building up through their unreasonable, unconscionable and vexatious harassment.

But the NEWBIES thread advice tells you to send a SAR to the parking firm...
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
