so should i ignore their first letter and just sit and wait for the next letter from bw legal, which is going to be that LBCCC? sorry, cant really put it all together since english is not my first language, and i need to re-read all posts more than one time:(

Yes, I would wait for a LBCCC or claim. I wouldn't bother to reply to that letter from BW Legal.

Then thats what will happen. Because when appealing, used that template from Newbie thread, where we asked to provide with all the photos of vehicle and of all the signs which they say are on the site. The only signage picture they send to us is the one posted above where as you said nobody made any contract with them cos its not clearly said so. And also there was no other photo evidence of somebody leaving the site, like literally walking away or something, cant even imagine how that would look like.

Hello, everyone. We are back with another letter from BWlegal. This is 2nd one from them, and it says - Final Notice. Basically it says all the same what the first letter, that they have contacted their client (Napier), and if we do not pay outstanding balance within the next 17 days, they are instructed to commence County Court proceedings against us.

And in the end of letter they say, i quote - " We also wish to bring to your attention the case of ParkingEye v Beavis [2015] UKSC 67 in which the Supreme Court held that parking charges serve a legitimate commercial interest and are neither extravagant nor unconscionable. This case eliminates the main defence that you will have should the matter go to Court and will be relied upon, by our client, in any County Court proceedings."

Well, for us it looks like they are trying to be scary, by writing that to us. Is it something we should be afraid of, or thats one of their tricks ? Anyways, what should we do next? Keep ignoring, or reply something to them?

If they plan to rely of Beavis they are Friar Tucked.

if its an LBC , you reply , if not , you IGNORE unless you get an LBC or an MCOL

doesnt matter is its a trick or not, eventually they will either have to put up or shut up , so the DCA stages are used to frighten people whilst there is an impasse

Why are you quoting their letter as if it mean anything/as if it's saying something new? Just search the forum for 'Beavis'. We were involved, we saw, we know, we have chewed over that abysmal, embarrassing decision in favour of Crapita. It is literally mentioned on every other thread.

Really, no need to quote their drivel but as it's new to you, always first just search the forum for the obvious keyword, first, instead of quoting their useless misleading stuff please. It makes us nauseous!
